Very nice! FYI, Centerfire Systems here in Kentucky just got some old Spanish autos in stock.
The 9 x 23 Largo round is very similar to the 38 special, very straight shooting gun. The history of Spanish steel goes back nearly 100 years. These Star pistols had several inspection marks on them through the build process

Wow, 55k psi!! I sure wouldn't go trying the Winchester version in a 9mm Largo pistol.
BTW, the pictures of the round and clip contain 9 x 23 winchester rounds my son put it in it when he borrowed it. I took them out and replaced them and let him know that not all 9 x 23 were the same.

Good job, no reason to take a chance. I wonder if the .38 Super is close enough dimensionally to work in the 9x23? The pressures are nearly the same.

If you do a little filling on the extractor they work great, without reworking the extractor empties tend to stovepipe every few rounds

Some time ago I picked up a Llama III 380
An older friend had it and was using it as a household protection piece.
One day he brings it by and asked for my thoughts on it.
After taking it apart (with him there Trying to learn), I informed him that I do not think it would fire a second round because of how dirty bad it was internally.
I offered to clean it up and test it for him.
He asked if there was anything I had for trade.

I showed him a few and he really wanted one of my stub nose 38's.
I told him the 38 was not worth as much as this Llama and I would give him cash with it.
He informed me that "Having a revolver that Shoots is better then an Auto he cannot trust"

So, here is the Llama

To give a size reference and how close this is to a Full Size 1911 with all the bells and whistles, here it is with my Colt 10 Delta Elite.

That's the only Llama that I ever found interesting.
I've shot a number of Llama revolvers and newer autos and was left totally underwhelmed.
How does it shoot?

It shoots extremely well and feels good in your hand for having a hard plastic grip.
The only issue is ammo / loading ramp.
Hollow points hit the bottom of the ramp and jam.
Works real well with round nose loads when I have them...
One day I might look into a little farther and see if there is something I can change in order to use different rounds.
