Small saw day...rebuilt a nice 350 and then we worked on my sons 345. Also tore down the 346 project saw.

Someday I'll get to the 394..
those 345's is good saws, almost no vibes in them, but its best to unvoid the first years 340/345/350's, them black style seals is super leaky, got a couple low hours 345's (98-99) who failed totally in p&v tests ;)

This one is a 2005 model. Replace the plastic clamp and it should be good to go.

yup, swap out the partition wall and a metal clamp + impulse hose (i find many old hoses who leak) and you're ready to go.

Husky came with the new seal (brown ones) in 2001 week 25, they also changed the plastic crank case year 01 week 22, there was issues when we torqued the cylinder (wasnt space for the seal rubber I belive), short time later they upgraded the jug and 350's cyl base for the same reason.
And they also upgraded those two small bricks we use on 340/345's with the jug upgrade (those has to be matched)

Your 2005 model has all the upgrades.

Good morning Jason how’s that Base treating you
Evening Todd...base is good, same ol' crazy workload. We got another seven C-17's to work for FY18 on top of the existing C-17 workload so it's gonna be a busy year. F-15's and C-130's have an increased workload as well for this year so it's gonna be hopping on that flightline. How's work going your way?

We are really busy at the moment we just need this rain to pass which isn’t going to happen for another day or so if the weather guessers are correct :)
