Today at an estate sale, I picked up a Stihl FS81 trimmer. I went to my Stihl dealer and got a carburetor kit for it. I went to take the carburetor off and I found the gas tank to be cracked. I noticed that some of parts for this trimmer are pretty pricey. I didn’t see a used gas tank of eBay. Is this pretty much a parts machine now?

Thanks

PM me a pic. I have a pile of plastic fuel tanks for Stihl trimmers. Part number to please. It looks like many will interchange if you skip the fuel vent match up ;-)
