Anyone ever converted a stihl trimmer to a kombi?

Just attach the kombi tool heads on the end of the trimmer shaft.

I have done something like this with some mtd products. And it worked but that was because I had access to dead trimmer and what not. Other wise the cost of parts was almost equal to just buy new or second hand.

I use the FS130 line trimmer with the KM attachments. It takes an extra 30 seconds to swap the heads but I'd rather have the solid shaft. We have a few of the KMs at work, no issues with them.
My only gripe is the overall weight of the system. Is weighs a lot more than a dedicated string trimmer or hedge trimmer.
