If Doc’s jug works out, an OEM piston might be cheap. I bought one year ago for a 241 and it was only $30

I keep a new 362 piston kit on hand for this reason. Went through a a bunch of them the last few year's. And honestly all the am pistons are junk for the 362. They all need work to make them clear the crank webs and fit properly. The oem is only a few bucks more.

I had to "fit in" the Golf piston in my 362. Never thought it would last this long. Past three years now. Lots of tanks through it. Still looks good. The piston lasted because of the ignition limiter imo. Very heavy slug after a bit of massaging. When it comes out to replace with something better.... I'll measure it up again. Checked it after thirty tanks and it looked fine. Measured up good still.
