i reckon someone has had a go at grinding the key thinner for sure, the left side looks deeper from the burr. then didnt do the flywheel up tight enough and a few starts later the key sheared. also try this mob for parts. i have used them heaps. http://www.ebaystores.de/saegenspezi

Lucky the screws actually don’t screw in for 15 mm so I didn’t have to worry too much about the holes. The screw was a bit of fun to get out tho with the factory loctite. Debaffled the new muffler too and opened up the outlet [emoji1360]
