I have same one got tired of dealing with it, add about oz of atf to swell the seals and fill rest with 80w90 gear oil been working great now for a year lol

haha looks like the work of the local mexicans illegally cutting forest wood here, Flagstaff. I see them fall dormat trees all the time with stumps looking like that. Im just waiting for one to split and take them out.
