As always, @Wilhelm is spot on. The only thing I would add is to sometimes add dashes in between every third number, 038-245-032 and 038-224-021. Some parts catalogs don't seem to recognize them without the dashes. For the pump driver I would also search for 038-245-031 and 038-245-030. Those...

That saw still runs. It's back with the boys at The Cutting Edge in NY now, but it's still the same. That was straight gas and one little capful the whole time. There must obviously be some lubricant in that conditioner, but lubrication is not it's main purpose.
