I like using a plastic McDonald's cup for putting seals in they are so thin and work great but the flywheel side has a good taper I think you will be fine without anything just maybe a little lube

Flywheel side usually goes together really easy. Maybe the slightest amount of heat with a heat gun but I bet you will find flywheel side will almost slide together

There is a good taper on the flywheel side I am sure it will slide together fine and you won't even need a new seal

I had a ps510 or 460 do this needed a coil

Does it restart after shutting off?

After further inspection I may have the correct handle but need to know what the hardware and springs look like now. If anyone could at least send me a detailed picture of this setup I would greatly appreciate it

I am not sure if I got the right handle. Would I be able to bug you for a few pictures of where the handle connects to the clutch cover? I am not exactly sure how it is supposed to look

Yes they are the same besides some of them had the trigger lock button so depending on what carb you have you might want the trigger lock button

Also make sure you didn't break the impulse nipple on the boot

Yes I first chased several air leaks then found the new ring somehow ended up being pretty high gap even though I feel like I checked it and it was new when I started. And I think what was causing the biggest issues is the intake boot was tight but as it would run and get hot the clamp and boot...
