Found some unfortunate information on my 2100 hybrid dolmar. Has not been oiling good found out the case is cracked in the oil passage so looks like it will need a case half

No I just used it to drill the hole

I put it in a good cylinder so I knew where to drill the new spark plug hole

Got this one from Jack in a box. Flattened and resealed riser, ground out riser dividers, cleaned transfer off cylinder and put a hyway flat top piston in, base gasket delete, advanced timing some. Has Zama el32 carb, has aftermarket muffler but could put on OEM. Chain brake handle is also...

Not perfect but not a bad repair better than the huge stripped out hole that was there. Custom jig worked pretty well

Would it be easier to find a new style clutch cover with the new brake setup?

Got this 350 setup I was going to put a 346 cylinder on but haven't got around to it but it is ready for a cylinder. Sealed up riser with new 6202 c3 bearings and aftermarket seals did a pipe muffler mod and advanced timing already. Doesn't actually run too bad 44mm open port cylinder on it now...
