Mid 40's is good. Wind is garbage. You folks as far below average precipitation ytd as us guys?

Bit over 1.5" of rain at this point. We sure did need it. Pleasant weather today for sure!

No joke.... I got this used off marketplace for 1/3 the cost of new, so not terrible. BTW, don't get stuck in the mud today. 😉

Yep, running 4/0 to the shop. It's a tight squeeze in 2" pipe, but we made it go.

Pretty junky weather today..... At least for doing physical work.

Went to the bank yesterday and made the last payment on the Kubota.....kinda a good feeling...... really wasn't a bad deal at 1% for 60 months, I s'pose. Moved the Bridgeport into the climate controlled tool room yesterday, utilized our patented "variable-width door system" for access.

No rain here, as of yet. Mornin folks!

It's pretty much par for the course with the breeds we're raising. Yeah, I'm thinking we're gonna to try something a little faster growing in the future, but we've still got about 20 of these lardballs to process..... need any lard?.....I could likely send a few pounds back with Steve & Goldie...

And some kinda fatty backstaps...... Corn makes lard like nothing else!

5 hogs worth of bacon.........it got alot smaller after they removed a bunch of lard.

Looks kind like a glass cutter....but not quite.
