Never ran a pro mac 60 but own a SP 60. I have pro mac 55 that screams (as far as macs go) and my SP 60 has more grunt w/ a slower chain speed. I run a 24" on the 60 usually full skip but currently has full comp. Full comp I can't lean on the dogs but for 60cc's it's pretty nasty compared to...
I bet it will oil it well too, I check ebay pretty frequently for a 32' .063. Not too many trees around here need a 32" but it would be nice for that once a month big tree.
I could use a clutch drum and bearing for a 272. It's wearing a hole in the clutch cover and I'm tired of listening to it.
If nobody has a one any recommendations on a oregon or similar replacement would work as well. I don't have much husky stuff to trade other than some half wrap handlebars...
Man those 850's are sweet, definitely in my top 2 favorite saws I own. It helps that Mark rebuilt it w/ NOS parts, looks/acts like new. Love the sound and the performance, I run a 28" full skip and it's hard to get it to bog down. I'm sure it would pull full comp just fine I just prefer the...
2511t w/ a sharp chain, always starts and idles like a champ. Safer to 1 hand a 5lb saw then a 9lb saw. Sounds like you got a good stihl dealer so when the 201 acts up he can fix it cheaply.
"Back from the past"
I'm gonna try these bosch cobalt bits I got. But I tore up a lot dremel and drill bits trying to enlarge the oiler hole on a tsumura. I'd like a little more output out of my 562 oiler but would like to try a bar mod first. Once the weather breaks in the NE I'll report back.
Thanks, I bought it from a member on here 2-3 years ago. So I don't know much of the history of this saw. I do know I haven't had any issues with the saw and have only had to clean it and tweak the carb when seasons change.
SOLD a clean 246 pho, all oem. Runs, oils, cuts like it should. I have atleast 1 new spare air filter.
Top cover is melted over muffler a little bit.
I just cut down some dogwoods with it. Always stored with canned fuel.
Asking plus shipping or best offer. PayPal fees can be split.
SOLD
The 620p is impressive stock untouched. I'd imagine a MM and maybe a timing bump would really make it good. I went w/ the 562 over the 620pw and have ran both back to back. I think the 620p is just as stout as a 562 in bigger(24"+) wood. Once Randy ZCS opened up the muffler on my 562 it out ran...
I gotta see how many they got, atleast 2 of them maybe more. Atleast 4 201t carcasses. If there is enough parts to spare one I'll be in touch. Carbs are there and bottom ends most likely they just got dropped or pinched and ripped the av mounts/bent handle bars
