Carb is clean and set right as far as metering arm. Something being loose would cause a lean condition requiring more fuel correct?

Could be...how common is it for a carb to be set at less than a turn on this series? I dont think any of my others are... talking about L side.

I mean they sound the same and it feels like they cut the same but surely there has to be some difference. I know from 3400 to 3700 there's a noticeable exhaust note difference and power feel. At least to me on my machines.
