I used to work at a Stihl dealership, was there for 18 years, and was a die-hard Stihl person. As of the last few years, I have sold all but one of my Stihl saws and switched to Echo. Stihl has slowly been going downhill with their quality and making it harder for even the techs to work on them...
Stihl puts a heavier plating on their cutters than all other chain companies so the are harder on files. The fallers around here wouldn't run the Stihl chain for that reason.
32:1 is way too rich. Over time you will get a lot of caron [unburnt] oil in the piston/cyl. You are much better off using what the manufacturer recommends. 40:1 is fine, I run both 40:1 and 50:1, and I use VP and Aspen fuels. In both my Stihl and Echo equipment.

Your compression is pretty low, and the piston skirt is worn which is what pulls the fuel. Besides that have you done a leak-down test to see if it is sucking air someplace? It also could be the impulse line, on the 025 they look like a fuel line that goes from the bottom of the cylinder and...
