Hey fella! I'm doing a 044 hybrid aswell right now. First time. If you search the forum for "044 project" you'll see it. It's 10mm w/p casings, but I got a 12 mm 440 crank. Had to do a lot of work for that to fit. Now I'm playing with the cylinder. Later Matt
