Resolved Porter availability

Is there a way we can make it easily recognizable if the porters on this site are still taking work? As well as possibly what they are willing to work on? Maybe incorporate in into the porter review section.

As I recall, some people didnt have the balls to speak out and it all went down behind the scenes. You can remember it how ever you want. I had no hand in any of that.

So why does the site need this?

I made a suggestion and created a poll. Cast your vote in the link I shared on the first page. If you or others dont want it or think its unhelpful then so be it. That's why I made it a poll, the site can decide.

I dont see any of the site’s porters chiming in here, if they dont think it is a good idea to have a new customer corral then it probably isn’t worth the time and effort it would take to set up and maintain. Just a thought

If we make it easy for a new guy to find a builder we are also making it easy for them to get taken advantage of by JMS style crooks, all they have to do is log into the future victims section and send a few PMs and look for the money to start rolling in until they finally get found out and banned etc. Providing info about past transactions is as far as I think we should go in arranging meetings between customers and builders.
I could see Threads by builders with examples of their work, videos and wait times etc. that puts the info out there for a customer to decide on rather than exposing a potential customer to a barrage of “oh oh pick me, me , me” PMs from strangers
