So like what kind of questions?

Forestry questions
We are Kwantlen Polytechnic University students from BC, Canada, doing research about practices in the forestry industry. We are conducting this survey to gain a better understanding of how the forestry system works.
Your participation in this research is completely voluntary. You have the right to withdraw from the research study at any time without consequence.

This survey is completely confidential, all the information obtained during this project will be presented in aggregate form with no information that may reveal the identity of volunteer subjects. All raw data will be destroyed upon completion of the course.

Will be interesting to see how far this thread goes.
I see your out of B.C. and the forest industry is hurting there, reasons is the jacked up insurance rates to keep a lumber division operating, forest fires and the US tariffs.

Also good to know that most timber for logging in the US is on private land and in Canada it's mostly on crown land.
Also the decades old softwood lumber dispute between Canada and the US. With the US owing Canada billions of dollars backpay amid the tariff fees.
