I missed Bambi this morning at 5 am on the highway. He was a mere flash of tan going full bogey across in front of me. Not even time to react. Something spooked him out.

How far of a drive you got?

2 hrs on a good day, 130 miles. I am guessing closer to 3-3.5 tomorrow to get into the parking lot. Every clown & their dog will be out & about trying to do something they could of done today & most of them will be clueless about road conditions. I-29 median will be a parking lot.

Glad we are not going north, Des Moines is terrible when it snows, most people speed up when they see the first snowflake then swerve to miss the next one & subsequently I-80/35 & 235 medians are full. You would think most of them think they are living in Florida & have never seen snow, let alone driven in it.
