I know plenty have ordered from Danderkorp. I have 2 pistons from him in my cart now
OK I like the one I got,6401 to 7900 52mm. Upgrade so far so good but I wonder if 54mm would of been stronger?

I ordered from that guy a couple times and it went well. Last time I ordered from him was a disaster. Aftermarket clutch drum for an 064 that was out of round and warped. He kept telling me that I had ordered the wrong part and did not want to take it back even though I kept telling him it was a defect part sent pictures and explained it to him like he was 2 years old so he could understand. He has very little if any actual knowledge about chainsaws and chainsaw parts and does not like to take returns. After all the *s-word he gave me and the hoops I had to jump through to get my money back he blocked me as a customer. Guy is a real douchebag IMO.

I have no personal experience but from what I ave gathered on the 54mm head is the transfer runner aren't big enough to feed it and run worse that the 52mm head.

Yeah that's pretty *s-word. I have heard about only came across him when looking for a 2283ii piston. Might look elsewhere.

The 54mm I had ran its ass off. Very strong!

To expand the OPs' original question to:
Opinions on other after market P/C kits like Hiway, Cross, Farmertec, and the list goes on. Hope this isn't a volatile question. My inquiry would bee more about the quality and durability than the Individual selling it but we know the product is dependent on good warranty and representation as well.

I do repairs and use a lot of FarmerTech parts.
Not enough to get whole sale pricing which is a bummer.
FarmerTech will wholeslae to any one who puts in an order of $ 10,000 minimum.
The wholesale prices are around 50% to 60% of the full retail on their web catalogue.
Thus there are a lot of people who import parts from them & retail on the web with less than no knowledge about the parts that they are selling apart from what is on the suppliers web catalogue.
