Stopped snowing and began raining in NY NY and areas south of. According to the weather report on mickeMd's TV in Desloge MO. The crawl underneath alledges 40's & 50's in the next two days locally in eastern mizery. No idea why tuned to reports from 800 some miles away

I had forgotten how entertaining some drivers can be in snow! Coming back from the doctor on 55 S. A new looking p'up in the far right lane, going slower than I was, managed to make a series of wrong moves very fast. I was far enough behind to slow and pump the brakes as tho egg shells were on the pedal. That truck made it all the way across to bounce off the concrete medium, with both front corners one after the other.
The last slowing for me placed the left front bumper of my van against the wall twenty or so feet behind. Stopped for gas and found not a scratch. His driver's side had bumper and 1/4 panel needing fixitz, never saw other corner but it bounced away after impact with the wall

You ever have the wrong part show up from ebay, then when you double check your order and find the bastiges went and changed the pictures on ya showing the part you didnt want?

If You made a purchase prior to the seller editing his ad eBay will store the ad layout as it was at the time of Your purchase - at least that is what eBay does for me.
I think this is part of their way to curb scams.

I could be wrong though.
Can anybody else confirm this?!

What bothers me the most on EBay are sellers misrepresenting the location of the item. When I reported the guy and showed the proof to EBay, all EBay asked is if I wanted to force a return. A return to China from Ireland woulda cost more than the item itself. I just left negative feedback and was clear to point out the item was actually located in China. I was then contacted by the seller with a bribe to change my feedback. I forwarded that to EBay, but didn't hear much about it. It wouldn't have bothered me but I needed the part to finish something I was working on, and it set me back 2 weeks before I realised where the part was coming from, and I then had to buy a similar part locally due to time constraints to finish the project - ending up with a spare I didn't really need after the 3 weeks it took to deliver it VS the 3-4 days usual delivery time if it were in the UK like the seller originally stated the item was located. Now I always actually read the feedback pages of sellers new to me.

I am in a battle with the seller and eBay right now over a bogus carb advertised as a genuine Walbro

When I asked for a return the seller agreed but then informed eBay they couldn't generate a shipping label

Ebay contacted me and said I should just contact the seller for shipping instructions and then pay for it and eventually get reimbursed

Bull $#!t

A call to the eBay contact line was soooooo unproductive and frustrating

A female with a thick Indian accent in a call center with so much background noise I could barely hear much less understand and the instructions she gave me to ask eBay to escalate the claim won't work

This was my first ever problem with eBay and I have to say I am done due to THEIR lack of customer support and because the ONLY person I can talk to is literally on the other side of the world and

I have written 2 messages to the seller through eBay for shipping instructions and they have not responded

I am pissed because eBay allows a seller who claims they CANNOT generate a return shipping label and then won't return my messages

Look under the help/ contact tab. I have never had to pay return shipping for anything that was a problem on the sellers end. You do have to be careful what you choose as a reason for the return.

That’s the whole issue

eBay says the seller is responsible for shipping but also says the seller cannot generate a return label so I have to pay up front and hope it all works out in the end
