Planning to make a collapsible and height adjustable stand just don’t know the dimension of the hole the stand goes into in the baseplate/shroud I’ve seen anywhere from 1”- 1 1/4”
Aka anywhere from1.35-1.66 O.D.
1 1/4" sounds about right. I'll be home around 7 to verify.

Want to make on that the top telescopes down into the bottom section and legs fold up so it comes down to about 2’-2.5’ total when folded and collapsed

When I get home I’ll run down and get you a picture of my pro sharp stand.

Spoke with Mr Peile this afternoon, difference betweeen the 451b and C is one bearing on the swing arm, the stand pipe diameter is 1.5” common iron pipe O.D. 1.9” which is close enough to 1.875”

Think this is still good?
This is an extra dresser that came with the grinder
This is the multi point one right?

This is listed as a madsen’s 831 Wheel.
Seems pretty aggressive and I’m using it for converting and big changes to a tooth.

I’m really new at this but it seems really nice thus far.

I’m gonna dress this ugly bugger down till I can grind Lo pro.

Other than that, the whole operation could really use some cleaning and lube.

Any tips?

If you pull up Madsens catalog online it’ll tell you a little about the wheels
