I just wanna do a review. I sent Scott a 460 a while back and have been running the piss out of it and man it seems to keep getting better. I currently have another one on the way to him. Will report back if he does any work to it. He has not done one yet so was unsure if any gains could be had. Will report back on the second saw. All in all strong strong saw and great to deal with. If anyone was looking to send him a saw it should already be in the mail. Do not hesitate. Thanks again Scott. tree monkey

I wanna second this.

not only are the saws brutal and yes, keep getting better, but they are tuff and well put together.

Tree monkey is a VerySerious font of wisdom and in the few times I talked with him my knowledge was greatly expanded and I laughed a ton.
I think I’m a much better tree man after learning from this man.

I've been using my 261 that I got back from Scott a few weeks ago quite a bit. My buddy who is no stranger to saws was running it yesterday. After putting about half a tank through it bucking ash with a 16" bar buried he shut the saw off and literally shouted "FשK, I LOVE THIS SAW!". That about sums up my feelings too.

I'm having a local tree service move some loads of logs from a buddy's place to my house. I put the 261 in the hands of the driver who's been a tree guy for many years. He made a couple cuts and shut it off nodding emphatically. Said "I'm gonna have to get that guy's number from you"...

So Scott done a 361 for me and it flat out runs. Pulls a 25 with no issues and wears a 20 full time it's a monster. Just want to say thanks to Scott and julian for another great saw. Looking forward to my third saw to be finished then I think i will need a 661. :)

So I got my third saw back from scott. It's a 009l the first he ever done. It runs damn good owns a 16in bar in any wood that I've put it in. THANK YOU SCOTT. So to recap I have a 009l a 361 and a 460 done by Scott and all of them run stupid strong. All problem free so far. Great saw builder.

I'll get some up as soon as I can. I can tell you this Scott didn't like doing it lol was a pain in the ass. One big thing is the crank to rod bearings are all individual so there a super pain in the ass to put in and out in and out.

How long was the waiting time
It wasent bad at all for my 460 or 361 the 009l was a little longer but that saw was a major pain in the ass. Compared to a 460 or 361. No matter the wait you'll be stupid happy. I am currently on the list for a 661. Waiting for the call...
