From what I can read the saws with the burgundy looking coil needs a specific flywheel. This one has that coil. I could be wrong, though. Wouldn’t be the first time. Lol
Same flywheel used on Red Coil 64/73/7900 models as today's black coil SLR models.

The Black Coil 64/73/7900 models from 2001 till 2004 or so had a different flywheel.

Ah! Fantastic! Thanks for the clarification Steve. How do I tell the difference between the flywheels? Just want to make sure I get the right one. Do you have anything used?

Stole a couple pics of the internet.

White background flywheel is the original setup. Only used for 3 years or so.

Wood background flywheel is the newer style with the two ribs.

Here’s what I have. Doesn’t seem to match either one 100%.

That's the flywheel that came prior to the new one - the one that may burst to pieces and therefore got recalled. :p

Mine are from 2001., 2003., 2006. & 2013. , I'll go take some pictures and report back. ;)

All running saws.
The PS-6400 is guaranteed to be factory original as I purchased her new.
The others should all be factory original too but I can not be 100% certain as I purchased them used.

This one must be the flywheel Dolmar/Makita recalled due to burst hazard?!

Supposedly the engineers took off too much material on one version of these flywheels and weakened it too much, they recalled all affected saws and replaced the flywheels with the third flywheel version which should be the one Sondre @SOS Ridgerider posted and the third and fourth I posted.

If I am wrong, somebody kindly correct me.

Thanks Wilhelm! The setup on your 2006 PS-7300 is exactly like the one I have here.
You're welcome!

13.5k rpm coil limit, mine is a screamer.
I have to delete the carb limiters on her, she's running a little bit too lean for my liking.

ISO 064 builders and parts. I’ve grown to be in love with these saws. If you have any good parts or builders let me know.

Nope. I read the same thing but I swapped my coil with the other and it runs great

I’m looking for a Husqvarna 50 recoil decal or the entire recoil assembly if it’s in nice shape. Might have something to trade or $. The one currently on the saw is really nice and clean but lacking the sticker. 10744BE2-E991-48F2-B814-402A7D353A30.jpeg

Good afternoon, gents. Would anyone happen to have a new or like new OEM carb for an OE 372XP/365?

I'm also looking for a clutch for a 350/346XP.

I may have a carb. I'll check later when I get home from work.
