Check your piston weight. If they get heavier than OEM 460, IMO, the vibrations become very annoying.

Unlike some of the 660s, an OEM chain adjuster (or AM HL Supply one) will just go right in and work fine w/o and shims or mods. However, the one that comes with it will need some work to work!

I'm gonna lighten the piston anyways. I did check the chain adjuster and the ring gear was too large to fit in the case. I'll open the hole up tomorrow and see how it feels.

I was able to open the hole on one just by "force turning" the gear. However, it is also thinner (width wise) than an OEM gear, so to make it work right I had to put a modified washer under it.

Motosealed tonite. Thats about it. Spun clutch on for a lever to check squish. Super impressive used Stihl factory clamshell so i didnt have to machine out the bushing holes to fit in the saddle.

Honestly I have no clue. I'll smooth and blend the windows then take excess material out. I'll have to look at it this evening. It's just a Chinese saw so if I take too much out and the piston grenades oh well lol

Not if you have put a lot of hours into it and it finally runs well! I'm kinda impressed with how my 440 BB runs, after going in to do port work for the second time. Guess I'm learning!

I was thinking more along the lines of a full tank of gas, zip tie on the trigger set to WOT sitting on top of 2 lbs of tannerite and a .22 through a can.

Lol! I did not. The old one was vaporized and toasty. Crank Bearing wer shot as in not there so i dont know how accurate it would of been
