Nice looking herd you got Boss , your pastures are looking pretty darn good

I traded 6 heifers, and their first calves for a tractor.......so it took some pressure off the pastures. I've just got 22 head right now counting calves and all.

He bought the 6' new, and ran it for three seasons without oil in the gearbox. It was never put in from the time it was new......and he never thought to check it. Of course it finally failed, and the company replaced it for him. They said they neglected to put the oil in....so it was their fault. He used that year then stopped leasing the land he was using it on. Then, just keeping a small tractor he had no use for either of them.
Oughta be a good one. Hard to believe they admitted never putting oil in it

Both of the bush hogs ended up being pretty damn rough. Both have good smooth turning gear boxes, and good blades. The 7' has a good structure, but has a lot of rust in the top. I'll probably fix it. The 6' has some damage that put a serious hurt on the structure though. Good for parts......

Oh yeah......

I reckon I need to pick up some 1/8" plate and go at it.
I’ve done it. So long as the gear box is solid. Weld some drag chains to the top. Short lil pieces to knock the debris down. End up with a good piece. I did the neighbors for him several years back. If I could convince him to stay outta the woods with it ... hell a stick welder and a little bit of sheet you’ll be set

An 825i is a gasser. That could just be the stickers on the fender though... might want to pop the bed just to be sure & stuffs.

Yes I think the stickers have been changed. As I tilted the bed and checked out the engine, and it is a 3 cylinder Diesel. I will try to find out why this was done!! As I have pumped about 4 gallons of diesel fuel into it so far.
