Well, if we're splitting hairs, a full soda or beer can is 355ml, at least the ones around here. And, unless i'm not recalling middle school correctly, that should be about 355 grams. So the difference is much closer to two full cans of beer or soda. Or maybe one can of each. A soda for breaktime and a beer for after we're done sawing.
In my area 0.33l cans are only featured on energy drinks, beer & soda are all 0.5l - weight wise I meant including the tin can.

But lets drop it, I don't wanna haggle about something I don't even care about.

I hope everyone wanting a 462/500i is able to get one and is happy with it!

Cheers, :beer-toast1:

Yeah, we have those man sized beers over here in Europe. The 330cl is what they put in the baby bottles....:borra2::D.

Beer cans are for on the go, 2.0 liter beer bottles are the norm - and not just one of those.

I have seen 0.33 liter beer bottles at the caffee , but those cost the same as the 0.5 liter ones.

The weight is neglishable if it clears chips better. [emoji106]
Looks better too.

Yes. Yes. You right! I think some other folks were concerned the additional weight of the clutch cover and big dogs would have this thing tipping the scale. I don't see it. Adding 40 grams for the clutch cover and about 40-60 for each big dog, this thing is still a feather weight compared to other saws in the class.

Get a 7910 you’ll forget the 462/460/372/440/576/385/441/572 ever existed. I know it’s a bold statement. Lol
Hehe, I've heard about dolkitas, wouldn't have the first idea where to get one, saw one in a hardware shop once but that's about it

I would go with the big cover and smaller dogs. I am not a fan of big dogs.

I have an older set of dawgs that might have been OEM and came on an 064..they are perfect for our hardwoods and dont take up much bar length..I'm saving them for this 462 when I decide to buy one.

They fit a 440/660 and their replacements..hopefully they fit this 462.
