Why didn't someone spend 5 minutes and use 50 cents worth of roof cement to stop a vent pipe from leaking rainwater into the wall. Now I have to fix about $1500 worth of damage...

And why didn't that same person put ANY insulation back into the ceiling of the living room when they replaced the sheetrock? At least we know why that room was 15 degrees warmer than the rest of the Florida house.

And why did this person feel that the roof of this house was fine with no venting at all in the roof or attic?

Some people should not be allowed the use of tools.

Scam artists! I've seen roof vents that were just nailed on, no hole was cut in the roof.

The house now has 10 bags of fiberglass blown in, 3 turbine vents and a row of soffit vents installed. It sure feels a lot better inside now.

Finally a work week with less than 6 days!

Friday/tomorrow is a holiday and Monday is a holiday, I already feel rested just thinking about it.

Lots of work around the house waiting to be done though.

Thanks Wayne, they seem to be. Eight years ago I ended up in the hospital for a week from a virus. Ever since, germs freak me out !
