That is my worry. I got lots of painting ahead. I can deal with sub par iffin I do it... but hired out not so much.
You're probably gonna laugh but I bought recycled paint for the interior of my garage. You can get it online from Walmart. There's probably ten or so colors to choose from under ten bucks a gallon.

That stuff went on as nice as the 50 dollar a gallon Benjamin Moore stuff and covered OSB with one coat.

The recycled stuff comes out of Canada and if you buy four or five gallons shipping is free. I was more than happy with it and did the whole garage for probably 60 bucks. I'd use it in the house without a doubt.

You work too many nights to then spend your time off doing something your wife (are you married yet?) will only criticize you for...
Think she just wanted the ring....

Once I'm done with this weld project. The house will be my job for a month or so. Till I run outta funds and have to go back to work. Lol.

All the contents will be out when I get home. We can go through and come up with a remodel plan, and tally up the budget. I don't have any issues hiring stuff out, but with no real hurry to move, and a fairly tight budget I'm certain I'll tackle the majority myself. Get the pros to do the important stuffs, kitchen/bath.
We built all my nephew's house
Hired out the *s-wordrock i hate *s-wordrocking
1500.00 excellent job
We did paint though rollers and brushes.
Nephew bought discontinued paint
Somewhere cheap
Looked like a daycare
Yellow green blue red orange each room
Gave me a headache walking through the house.
It's all brown sugar off white now lol
After he couldn't stand it either
Hooray contractor sorting... too bad none of my friends went into construction trades...
Good morning Joe how are you doing
I'm well, how's things down under?

That is good to know. Have a ton of stuff to paint that would be perfect for. Basement, garage, apartment room.

Good morning Joe. Buy a mid grade airless sprayer, and spray it. The brush and roller will take forever unless you have 3 or 4 people doing it.

Slacker!

I hired a crew to paint the inside of our house once. It was expensive and for a "professional" outfit they did a half assed job.
