Cool saw Cole. How have you been?

Thanks! Been doing pretty good. Been cold out man. Got a few saws together that have been sitting around for awhile. Just working on projects. How have you been?

Well...I ran into a major roadblock here. My first though was a bad bearing when the pto side crank stub wiggled. My thought was confirmed when I saw this through the exhaust..

I pulled the oil tank to get a better look and I see what appears to be a new crank and bearings.

A little more wiggling and I could then see the oils sweating up and down between the outer bearing race and case. It appears that the last bearing spun in the case enough to enlarge the hole.

Well that really sucks. I have a growing collection of Pioneer p series cases with the same problem. I wish there was a fix for it.
