Im still very impressed with that 490. Ive showed that vid to several guys. Every one of them stared in disbelief that it pulled it so well. Im sure the porting helped alot but im amazed tgat it can oil a bar so long. One thing ive always liked about echo they seem to always oil like Exxon valdese.

Bailey's kit came today. I decided to put the big dogs on since the original ones had the bottom spike pointed down as well. I prefer them pointed up. And look I got my kickstand/guard I had to have. :D. Still can't believe that deal.
Isn’t that package freakin awesome? How do you like the dogs? Not a huge oversize, I like them

Looks great. Have you had a chance to do any more cuts with it?

Dogs seem fine. I like the 660 ones because they don't hang up on the way down. But I did put 4 spike Bailey's ones on my 044 and 460 most stock Stihl are to small. Bigger ones keep me from grinding on back of case against the log.

No work till after dark. Got kit on tonight. We are below 0 again but maybe this weekend. I backed the tune off to 12800 again. No more piss revs until it's broke in. Kinda looking at a light Tsumura 32" for it.

I'm thinking about snatching one of these up. Only thing that holds me back is I flush cut stumps with mine.
Yeah that’s one of a couple circumstances that a wrap gets in the way. I don’t like wraps when flushing off big branches on a log. The kind that you actually have to pry in to with the outer dog.
