Ok so i watched these videos and its no secret Buckin has been trying to build his channel and get enough support for it to support the channel and himself as long as it brought content to his viewers, so the arguments stated about monetization and donations for the channel they raised are dumb. We are paying him to keep us entertained.

Secondly, buckin is a small business owner, we all know you do everything you can to keep as much money as possible without giving it all to the government, im sure canada’s tax systems are as good or better than the US and they popped him for not paying what they say is enough.

It sounds to me like some people were trying to use buckins influence to futher their ambitions on youtube and has backfired in some way that all parties involved showed bad taste.

It's unfortunate these morons are actually getting heard. If you bought an axe you received a good in exchange for your money. It's a custom piece and probably in line with other the high quality hand tools.
If you donated to the channel to help him with his vision then so be it. You are getting satisfaction and entertainment in return. I believe he has a right to supplement his income for making the content. The amount of time it takes away from earning income should be supplemented. If someone donates a $100 and expects it to pay for some tree service how the hell do you show that? These people are idiots. Do theyy expect to see an itemized list of donations and how its being spent? WTH..?

I assume this is one of his competitors for residential tree felling services. Those outfits charge big money and I'd be willing to bet they are trying everything they can to get his work.

Well even though buckin is selling axes it wouldnt come back on him, its the purchasers responsibility to cover import duties, so even if buckin wasnt marking them as a good on the customs decleration would it come back on him? I feel like it would be the people who purchased the item.

Your damned if you do and damned if you don’t he always seems like he has been a hard worker he is a passionate eccentric perfectionist see it through to the end type of guy and I can see him shooting all this footage for a video spending hours editing and uploading to make sure it’s 100% right then ending up with a 10 min video he doesn’t earn any money from this dead time so all the donations he has received help make his channel better , I for one don’t care where the money goes I have helped on channel and off air and I like his work and enthusiasm about the simple things in life and his success is obviously annoying the s### out of these people
