Good call Jacob...I’m betting you are right. That looks like a 285 cylinder Frank- it has the same intake as a 298/2100.
That’s what I was leaning towards to begin with, as there were a bunch of 272 parts in the lot...but 272 cylinders I have, did not look anywhere near the same.52mm=272xp
Are there any numbers/letters on the base. Magnus has a pretty comprehensive identification list on his site. @Tor R clued me in to this resource. That’s what I was leaning towards to begin with, as there were a bunch of 272 parts in the lot...but 272 cylinders I have, did not look anywhere near the same.
I’m sure there are some. I’ll have to check later...and I’ll have to find that list!! Thanks! Are there any numbers/letters on the base. Magnus has a pretty comprehensive identification list on his site. @Tor R clued me in to this resource.
@Frank bierce this may help you in identifying any other OEM cylinders you find in your hoard.

Pic of the entire mount? Here is a chainsaw bar that needs an ID. Tip is a Sugihara...putting numbers in on a search didn’t bring up much for the bar itself...
