It's good chit either way. Been using the ground stuff lately. Found a pretty good recipe for it.

It's just a pain in the dick it seems like....filling up and squeezing a caulk gun until tendonitis sets in, or rolling it out on a sheet and cutting it when it's done. Idk. I do like it both ways though. Usually, if I'm gonna grind it, I'll make it into 1.5-2lb logs of summer sausage .
