A vote in favor of TruFuel.
Just wanted to add, the worst thing about ethanol in my experience is how it degrades plastic. This is especially seen in hardening of fuel lines over time to the point they crack, but also causes problems with carb diaphragms. Also, since ethanol is hygroscopic, it absorbs moisture, which isn't good.
If you're the type of cutter who uses the saw late spring to early fall, and then puts it away for 5-6 months, my recommendation is that at the end of the season to dump out all the ethanol fuel from the gas tank. Then put in some e-free fuel and run the saw for a few minutes. Since e-free is hard to find in some areas, this is where a stop at the local home depot and picking up a can of TruFuel is helpful. Yes, it is expensive compared to normal gas, but you aren't running your saw on it all year. It is just an e-free fuel that "winterizes/stores" your saw in a better state than with ethanol in the gas/saw. Under these conditions, a can of tru-fuel can be used for several saws several times. Its actually even better than adding sta-bil or stabrite to the ethanol gas.
