@Mastermind and @mdavlee

Need a ruling right off the bat. One of the crankcase bearings has a "hitch" in it. I would like to replace it, is this possible, as the rules state the bottom end from the kit must be used. If possible, any AM or what brands FarmerTec, Cross Performance, Hyway? Some guidance prease.

Little China Girl is named so as it will be an all AM build, not one factory part from Stihl will be installed. Parts from other saws will also be Aftermarket, with the goal of a 100% AM build. As it makes no sense to spend more on a handful of parts than it did for the whole saw. Also a budget limit will be in place of no more than the purchase price of the saw be added to the build, or double.

There will also be a lot of experimental as well as old school hot rodding techniques, unique if nothing else. The saw may flop or fight, either one will be fun to see what works and what doesn't. You will see things not seen before, here on the forum.
