I can get my schooling paid for thru a govt. program.
Im thinkin about goin to gunsmithing school.
We have one within 30 mi.
There is no gunsmiths in the area anymore,all passed on and no one has replaced them.

What type of phone? Have you tried just using the browser on your phone? I started doing that a while back when Tapacrap updated and littered itself with more ads. I really prefer it this way.

It somewhat pains me to say but @Mastermind had it right all along.

Tapatalk is far better than the browser on a V-Bulletin site. But these Xenforo sites work better without it.

Have been welding for 30yrs ,20yrs makin farm equipment(the big blue stuff)
then get permanent lay off.
They started at the top instead of bottom.We were costin them more money.
Loyalty and service dont mean crap anymore!!!

It's a scale thing.

2" wide bead 12-20" long far away looks/feels the same as a 1/4" wide 4-6" long bead up close.

Can't hardly use .035 in a normal welder lol. Like a kids squirter gun vs a fire truck...

I'd say that that's a great career field to get into. There aren't too many of them around anymore.

Around here there are a few guys who tinker with it in the side and they are always swamped with work.

If you can get hooked up with a mom and pop gun store you'll be doing great.


Around here another field that is always hiring is ambulance services. I've heard that that's the case around the country.
