Well got my west coast kit put on my 572. Fixn to put her in wood and finish breaking it in good. Starting tank number 2 on fuel so far. Been really happy with it.

You'll like it a lot better after 12 or 15 tanks.

What's your break-in process? I've always heard mixed opinions. My Stihl dealer says just dont run wot with no load, basically common sense.

Yes..
instead of using the 1/8” grinding plate, use the plate with 1/4”-3/8” holes in it.

Looks quite different..

As Lewis mentioned, the only time I ever used the course plate was for bratwurst.

You’re talking about the meat? I thought you were talking about black pepper or coffee!!!

That’s funny. You was all sorts of discombobulated Thomas.

Yes. Meat never crossed my mind. Never ground my own hamburger. Ground my own pepper and coffee many times. The only other thing I could think of was cheese. A burger with shredded cheddar is tasty!!!

I break them in how I’m gonna use them. Mix heavy on oil. I run 32/1 schaffers synthetic in all mine.

Honestly, it needs ripped in half to go on the mill.
