Maybe they didn't know what the hell they were doing. Unless it was done with a machine that happens to cut on that angle?A contractor for the power company came through and cut all the trees down like this no matter how big the tree was. Who knows why?A lot of people slope the back cut. It's incorrect. But done often none the less
