Deckel Maho DMG Mori DMF300/8

Among other issues, and all this was just today:
- "X-Axis Spindle vibration exceeding limits"
- "Y-Axis thermal error" - as in not reading at all and the machine won't run because of it
- "Work area separating door not responding"
- A 20 meter long single piece wire harness needs to be replaced as it apparently has a kink/break in it somewhere causing errors

Always makes me smile when the machine throws err's.

I'll take a Hurco running WinMax over a DMG anytime, the user interface is so much more intuitive and the old white Hurco units will take a ton of abuse and 24/7 workload.

This 461 was almost in the dumpster! Scored cylinder and clutch drum a bearing and it good to go! Did a buff to clean it up and a new piston
