All Red, All Day

Has this blow down tree I've been wanting to do. It's in an area that has been too wet to get into all winter. After 10 days without rain I decided to jump on it today. Decided to go all Red on the saws. This could be pic heavy.



Picked a Solo 651pro and Jonny 2153 to break down the top.

Moving to the middle, I went with a 2171 and 2262 for the trunk, which was in the 14" to 16" range.

2171 has a 22" bar, the slightly taller 2172 top handle. For whatever reason it's an absolute perfect balance.

Dragged out an 830-24 to noddle the big blocks in half for easy lifting. Even my beer cooler stayed with the Red program.




All the New England members will recognize this beer. "Hi neighbor, have a Gansett"

Even had some unplanned Red join the program. Getting my moneys worth from the blood thinners. This is just a scrape BYW, not caused by a saw.

Shinnys never had a decent dealer in this market, so there's practically none of them floating around. Wouldn't have minded owning a couple of the pre- merger saws like the 488.
