SELLING 2012 Stihl MS-261 non-Mtronic

I've decided to sell my MS-261 to bail some rifles out of gunsmith jail. She is a 2012 with standard carb and limiters removed. Has 18" Stihl bar and new Oregon semi-chisel chain. A co-worker who is a Stihl tech looked it over and said it needs nothing he could find and it's in really good shape for it's age. I have an extra used OEM recoil and maybe a few other goodies to go with it.

I'll sell it for exactly what I have in it total, $320.00 plus actual shipping. Will post a pic when I get home today.

Or, if anybody would like to swap an MS-260, Husky 346/550, or 50cc Echo I would be interested in that as well. Especially an MS-260, I've always liked those alot.

The fan housing say MS 261C, was that replaced from an M-Tronic unit or was this unit converted from M-Tronic to standard?

They all say 261c. The c-m is MTronic but the M isn’t on the recoil. Clear as mud

I believe at some point they changed the recoil badge.

I thought about it later and looked at the pic of the other side of the saw and saw the adjustment holes, I should have paid better attention to details earlier!
