Nice example of an 024, Steven. A real value at that price too. A guy could buy new lines/hoses/fuel filter, soak the carb, maybe put a kit in it, get a clutch cover and have a superb, lightweight saw for not much over $200.

Spent the evening roughing in the intake and exhaust ports on these 1128’s. Still have a few to do. Then it’s transfer time. I’m super slow though. I will say, the 1128’s are maybe my most favoritest saws to port :). Years in a machine shop, I’ve learned not all aluminum machines the same and...

I’ll be back with some more info. The 7310 is on the shelf now. Been building these 044/046’s for guys.

Just saw this. Read the first page and skipped to the last. I’ll read the in-between when I get time. It may be past this point, but I’ve got a decent stash of used but still good 1128 OEM parts. If I can donate anything to get this guy a good saw going....I’d be happy to. I don’t like seeing...
