Drained rain water and oil from the transmission and PTO assembly, replaced wheel seals, rebuilt PTO with new bronze gear, bearings, seals, new drive belt, refilled with fresh fluids, tinkered with the fully adjustable carb, etc. Runs surprisingly well.     Very nice! Of all the lanterns i have only two are dedicated kerosene models, one genuine German Petromax and a Coleman 237. Both need gone thru although the 237 would be fairly easy. I need to order the pips, seals, lead washers for the Petromax

    Just joined and i too have a 346xp, bought new in 2010, emptied the dealers mix, refilled with Trufuel, drained, ran dry, cased, and then shelved. Plan was to use up the 50cc Echo i had bought new in 2009 then uncase the 346. Echo has never let me down. I even bought a 353 clutch cover for it...
