I prefer Reactine, I take it about half an hour before bed and then a hot shower in the morning. If you are buying over the counter extra strength you can double those up as that is what prescription strength is. I think you can get Flonase over the counter down there, that after a shower helps...

I wonder if any of the house framers locally would be able to do that on their own. All the builders use pre-manufactured trusses. Crane them up and nail them in.

Going to E's school for a spring feast later and then to a football game this evening. No time for going for ice cream today. Good thing there is a gallon pail and a couple of quart's in the freezer at home...
